We are genuinely interested in hearing your feedback and want to know what you think. If you're selected to participate in one of our projects, you really need to make the most of the opportunity. Share every thought, note every bug and get engaged in the process. The more active you are on the project, the more likely you will be to earn the project incentive and get other chances to test with us. Here are some clues that will help you be a great member of our test team:

1. Vary Your Efforts

Spend a little time every day doing something on every part of the product. Budget some time each day to submit suggestions, report a bug or chat with your fellow testers in our forums. Work through every feature, function and piece one at a time. By doing a little bit every day you will test the product in its entirety, have great performance numbers and have a lot of fun.

2.Communicate Quickly and Constantly

Be communicative and responsive during the entirety of your project. Our window to test is usually only a few weeks. That time is critical to us. Everyone is waiting to hear what you have to say and what you are experiencing. It is incredibly important to monitor your bugs, watch the forums and respond quickly to any inquiries we might have.

3. Be Clear and Thorough

Make your communication clear and detailed. We want a good grasp of your issues, ideas and opinions. If we don't understand what you're saying or don't have enough data, we'll have to come back to you again. We need to be able to understand your comments and act on them immediately.

4. Be Flexible, and Patient

Last, be flexible and understanding. Product development is a complicated process that involves many people and processes. Your role in this process is to share your perspective regarding our product. If we discover an important issue or need to change the direction of the project, we may change the schedule. We might need to extend the test or cut it short to meet our schedule. These are commonplace in beta, so please be willing to adapt to them.
